1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 678bd2 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your access to and use of the 678bd2 website located at https://678bd2.net and all associated services, games, and features made available through it.

By completing the 678bd2 registration process, ticking the acceptance checkbox, logging into your account, or otherwise using any part of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, including the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, any game-specific rules, and any promotional terms that may apply to bonuses or offers you choose to accept.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account with 678bd2, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of accessing the platform.
• You are registering as an individual in your own name and on your own behalf — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended 678bd2 account.
• You are not acting as an agent for or on behalf of any third party in connection with your use of the platform.
• You are not prohibited from participating in online gambling activities under any applicable law or regulation that governs your personal circumstances.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

678bd2 reserves the right to verify the identity of any player at any point during their use of the platform. Verification may include requesting government-issued identification documents, proof of address, or payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

2.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 678bd2 account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — whether or not you authorised it — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify 678bd2 support immediately. 678bd2 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3. Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on 678bd2. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited, regardless of the device, browser, IP address, payment method, or name used to open the additional account. If 678bd2 identifies that a single individual holds more than one account, all associated accounts may be suspended pending investigation, and any bonus funds or winnings accrued through duplicate accounts may be voided.

Your 678bd2 account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You must not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights attached to it to another person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account closure.

3.1 Account Balance and Funds

Your 678bd2 account balance represents real money that you have deposited into the platform. 678bd2 holds player funds separately from its operational funds to protect your balance. Your account balance does not accrue interest. You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the withdrawal conditions described in Section 4 of this Agreement.

3.2 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 678bd2 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity administration fee of ৳200 to inactive accounts after this 12-month period. This fee will be deducted from the account balance until either activity resumes, the balance reaches zero, or the account is closed. Players will be notified by email before inactivity fees commence.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 678bd2 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). 678bd2 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. 4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on 678bd2 is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit under these general terms, though individual payment method providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are generally credited to your 678bd2 account within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by your payment provider. 678bd2 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or cards that are registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another player, or using payment methods belonging to a third party, is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed by 678bd2 within 24 hours of submission. Funds are typically delivered to bKash and Nagad mobile wallets within 1–3 hours of processing. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving bank.

Before your first withdrawal, 678bd2 may require completion of identity verification. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. 678bd2 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the amount is large, the account is newly registered, or the transaction presents unusual patterns.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

678bd2 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant offer, in addition to the general bonus policy set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this general policy, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, all deposit bonuses on 678bd2 carry a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account. 5.2 Bonus Eligibility

5.3 Abuse of Promotions

Where bonus abuse is identified, 678bd2 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, apply account restrictions, or permanently close the account.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming on the 678bd2 platform is subject to the general rules set out in this section, as well as any sport-specific, market-specific, or game-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform. In the event of any discrepancy, sport-specific or game-specific rules take precedence.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Odds

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. 678bd2 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void bets at its discretion, including in cases of obvious pricing errors, system malfunctions, or where bet placement patterns suggest exploitation of an error. A bet is only confirmed when you receive an on-screen confirmation and the bet appears in your transaction history. In cases of technical failure, if a bet has not been confirmed, the funds will be returned to your account balance.

6.2 Cricket Betting

6.3 Casino and Slot Games

All outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. 678bd2 does not influence game outcomes. 7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

8. Account Suspension & Closure

678bd2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud or criminal activity, failure to pass identity verification, provision of false registration information, account inactivity, or player request.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your 678bd2 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your designated payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds. 8.2 Closure for Breach

Where 678bd2 closes an account due to a material breach of these Terms & Conditions, we reserve the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach — including fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or identity fraud — the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part. 678bd2 will communicate the outcome of any such investigation to the player via their registered email address.

8.3 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 678bd2 operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the 678bd2 platform should first be submitted to our customer support team for resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. 678bd2's decision on matters of game outcome, bet settlement, and bonus eligibility shall be final and binding, except where an error on our part is clearly demonstrated.
